We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer with experience in selling waterproofing and construction-related products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying technical solutions, ensuring product quality at sites, and driving sales by building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and specify company products with engineers, consultants, and contractors.
Develop and implement technical sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Identify client needs and provide tailored technical solutions using the company's product portfolio.
Conduct site visits to monitor and maintain product performance, ensuring proper installation and application.
Ensure quality assurance at sites, overseeing product compliance with industry standards.
Establish and maintain relationships with corporate, industrial, and commercial clients.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts, manage client accounts, and handle post-sales support.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and site inspections.
