Based at the Kabirwala Factory, this role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The primary focus is to oversee all maintenance activities related to equipment and machinery, including breakdown maintenance, quality inspections, and budget monitoring, ensuring they comply with established guidelines. The position also involves active participation in capital investment projects, conducting training for operators and maintenance crews, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in capital investment projects, ensuring that technical solutions align with corporate and market standards while meeting expected quality levels.
- Conduct training sessions for operators and maintenance teams to improve skills and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the safety of personnel, products, and the environment by maintaining zero tolerance for unsafe conditions in processes and equipment.
- Implement change management procedures to effectively manage modifications in Measurement & Instrumentation (M&I) solutions.
- Apply relevant market and local legislation related to M&I to maintain compliance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by mastering process and product characteristics within the factory.
- Support the implementation of engineering tools at the site level, including NSAT, NIMS, and AMM.
- Ensure all M&I installations comply with corporate and market standards concerning safety, health, environment, product safety, and quality.
- Control, maintain, and optimize the reorder level (ROL) of critical spare parts to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification such as a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) with at least 10 years of experience.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in maintenance and improvement roles.
- Proven experience participating in engineering project development as part of a multidisciplinary team, preferably involving diverse products and technologies.
- Experience in the start-up of technical equipment and/or production lines.
- Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), preventive maintenance planning, and maintenance execution.
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to follow defined KPIs and objectives, proactively tracking progress.
- Experience supervising personnel, including technical teams, contractors, or third-party service providers.
