We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves assisting customers, promoting products, maintaining the store's appearance, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Maintain deep product knowledge to answer questions and offer advice
- Process cash and card payments using POS systems
- Handle exchanges, returns, and complaints professionally
- Keep shelves stocked, organized, and clean at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Stay updated with current sales promotions and store policies
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and POS handling skills
- Customer-focused and sales-driven attitude
- Fluency in Arabic and English
Working Conditions:
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift light stock
- Uniform may be required
