Among its ventures, TraderAI leads cutting-edge media and advertising initiatives, while the newest project, AppIQ, is transforming mobile CTV advertising with a direct-response model tailored for ecommerce brands. As one of the few companies focusing on scalable mobile in-app advertising for this niche, AppIQ has rapidly onboarded 20 clients within its first week and continues to grow a waitlist. The current focus is on establishing robust operational systems and assembling a world-class team to support rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Update daily spend and revenue data in internal tracking sheets to ensure accurate performance monitoring.
- Maintain client-facing Google Sheets with up-to-date figures to promote transparency and clear communication.
- Coordinate the initial campaign setup by uploading offers, ad sets, and creatives into the platform.
- Verify that all campaigns meet creative and compliance standards prior to launch.
- Follow up with clients to obtain any missing materials or approvals necessary for campaign activation.
- Use Canva to edit or reformat creative assets to meet required specifications.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients by collecting essential setup information and updating internal documentation accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with media buyers, creative teams, and clients to ensure campaigns are configured correctly and continuously monitored for performance.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and workflows.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools such as Google Sheets and Excel.
- Clear and professional communication skills, especially via email and Slack.
- Comfortable working independently with consistent and reliable execution over time.
