We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our real estate projects, engaging potential customers, and driving sales. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell Khurasan City's real estate projects to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the value and features of our properties.
- Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and guide them in making informed decisions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Khurasan City's projects, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to the management team.
Requirements:
- Education: Must have at least completed intermediate education (HSSC or equivalent).
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but fresh candidates with potential are encouraged to apply.
- Availability: Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
