1. Electrical Operations Management:

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors for project execution.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, reports, and status updates.
3. Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and provide training for skill development.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation within the team.
4. Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure compliance with national and international electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of electrical systems, inspections, and maintenance activities.
5. Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for electrical operations and projects.
- Optimize the use of resources, including personnel, materials, and tools.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies or upgrades to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to long-term planning for infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
- Stay updated on technological advancements and assess their applicability to the organization.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential risks or disruptions.
