We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead our die shop operations as the Die Shop Incharge. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with expertise in die design, fabrication, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the die shop operations, ensuring efficient production, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:1. Die Design and Development:
Design and develop dies for various production processes
Ensure die designs meet product requirements and production efficiency
2. Die Fabrication and Maintenance:
Oversee die fabrication and maintenance activities
Ensure dies are manufactured and maintained to high-quality standards
3. Production Planning and Execution:
Plan and execute die shop production activities
Ensure production targets are met and delivery schedules are maintained
4. Quality Control:
Ensure high-quality standards are maintained in die shop operations
Implement quality control measures to prevent defects and ensure customer satisfaction
5. Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of die shop personnel
Provide guidance, training, and support to team members
1. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
2. Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in die design, fabrication, and maintenance
Experience in a leadership role is preferred
3. Skills:
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and die design
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to lead and manage a team
4. Certifications:
Certifications in die design, fabrication, or related field are desirable
