Program / plan, direct / organize, rectify and successfully implement all activities in relation to operations in a Pharmacy.
Supervision of pharmacy reports & liaison with Head office
Maintenance of legal procedure & narcotic registers
Maintain a disciplined environment in the Pharmacy
Provide staff training & new products knowledge to Pharmacy team
Prepare periodic performance evaluation on all employees
Institute & implement enhancement of quality
Assist selection of staff, as well as dismissal when necessary
Provide guidance on medications & prescription & over the counter drugs
Keep up to date with current pharmacy practice new drugs & their uses
Provide patient counselling if required
Any other assignment from SM/ Manager Pharm Ops
