The Sales and Marketing Specialist in Medical Billing is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to promote medical billing services. This role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, and increasing the company's market presence. The specialist will work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and senior management to achieve business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and target potential clients, including healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Gather feedback from clients to improve services and customer experience.

Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related role within the healthcare or medical billing industry is highly desirable.

Skills:

Strong understanding of medical billing processes and healthcare industry dynamics.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation tools, and office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Sales Acumen: Ability to identify sales opportunities and close deals effectively.
