Manager Stocks & Store is Responsible to do the Following Activities: -

Review stock level reports on a daily basis and initiate the requisition to production/purchase to maintain stock levels on time. (i.e. Re-order point, reorder (CPR), Material Requirement Planning Report (MRP), and autogenerated requisition report.
Monitor short/excess/slow moving/dead stock inventory within the stores in Coordination with the GM Inventory.
Responsible for record keeping of perpetual inventory or taking periodical physical inventory of all stores.
Overall responsibility of checking out deviation and control of store inventories updating to the GM Inventory on a regular basis and ensuring that the FIFO method and effective implementation of QMS within the Store.
Monitor & ensure Lots are issued/received with complete & properly filled documentation like; Travel Cards, Inspection Checklist, Identified lot numbers on travel cards etc.
Responsible for ensuring goods issued against requisition from production and received against Job/PO, in case of any variation update to the GM Inventory accordingly.
Ensure that all employees are working according to the company policy and in case of any violation inform to the GM Inventory/HR Manager.
Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure the store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well-kept.
Ensure that the items received at the Good Receiving Office are inventoried on time.
Must ensure that required components are 100% available at all times,
He must run CPR reports twice a day to check for any changes and adjust accordingly.
He must ensure that a move order request is serviced 100% within 24 hours.
He must prioritize the movement of items that are received by goods goods-receiving section in coordination with Primary QC.

He Must Ensure the Following:

Raw Material and 01 Tools should be moved into the store within 2 working days after receipt of goods at the gate.
Components 03 Fitting Stage and 04 (Polished Stage) should be moved into the store within 3-4 days depending upon the requirements and volume.
Packaging Material, 1-2 working days.
Responsible for performing any other task related to his job that is not included in the Job description but from time to time assigned by the management.
