We are looking to expand our Sales Team in Karachi by hiring motivated professionals who are passionate about driving sales growth. The role focuses on identifying and securing new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Successful candidates will work closely with clients to ensure smooth delivery of services and foster ongoing business development. The compensation package includes a base salary, daily allowance, and commission, reflecting the importance of performance in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to existing and potential customers according to agreed visit targets.
- Manage sales opportunities by generating leads and following up effectively.
- Meet individual and team sales targets within the assigned region or key accounts.
- Understand customer activities, needs, and goals to uncover new business opportunities.
- Oversee contract implementation when applicable to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- Identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline processes, increase sales, and improve product availability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing timely feedback to management and relevant departments such as Marketing and Sales Development.
- Track progress against sales targets, take corrective actions to close gaps, and update sales forecasts as necessary.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures related to systems and processes.
- Utilize market intelligence to open new sales channels and expand reach.
- Use sales management systems to maintain the sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and monitor targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different territories, regions, or countries to share best practices and support multi-country projects for enhanced coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Age below 30 years.
- Proven track record in sales and/or channel management with consistent sales growth.
- Demonstrated ability to grow business through innovative approaches.
- Experience in account management and working closely with business partners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid business and commercial acumen with a customer-focused mindset for both external and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical skills with knowledge of various sales methodologies and the ability to coach others.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within teams.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a full-time role primarily based on the road, requiring mobility and flexibility.
- Monthly compensation ranges from Rs35,000 to Rs50,000, inclusive of base salary, daily allowance, and commission.
