In this capacity, the Service Engineer will leverage their existing skills and experience to deliver high-quality service support to clients. A strong grasp of electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance procedures is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand and resolve their concerns. Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the field, demonstrating a proven track record of handling solar-related equipment and systems. Stay updated on the latest technology and advancements in solar energy systems to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to product enhancement and quality improvement initiatives.
Attend training sessions and workshops to improve technical skills and knowledge pertinent to the solar industry.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment during all service operations.
