Responsibilities

Define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational efficiency.
Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, engineers, contractors, and vendors to outline project scope and requirements, ensuring all parties are aligned.
Establish a comprehensive work breakdown structure (WBS) to organize project tasks and facilitate clear communication among team members.
Utilize project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera to track project progress and identify potential roadblocks.
Conduct quantitative risk analysis and develop risk assessment frameworks to proactively manage project risks, ensuring prompt resolution of issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
Lead and mentor a team of three individuals, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development and enhance their performance.
Implement process improvement strategies and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
Maintain thorough documentation of project deliverables, changes, and progress to ensure transparency and facilitate reporting to senior management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle, promoting a safe working environment for all team members and stakeholders.
