You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, technical support, sales, and general inquiry assistance while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to meet performance metrics in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inbound Call Handling:

    • Answer incoming customer calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
    • Address customer inquiries, provide detailed product/service information, and resolve issues efficiently.
    • Assist with complaints, troubleshooting, and product or service-related inquiries.
    • Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions in the CRM system.
  2. Outbound Calls (if applicable):

    • Make calls to customers for follow-ups, surveys, or marketing purposes.
    • Upsell or cross-sell products and services as per campaign objectives.
    • Provide updates and information about promotions or new offerings.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction during the interaction.
  3. Customer Support:

    • Resolve customer issues related to products, services, billing, or technical problems.
    • Offer alternative solutions and guide customers through step-by-step instructions.
    • Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure that customers are satisfied with the resolution.
  4. Sales (if applicable):

    • Promote and sell additional services or products based on customer needs.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics (e.g., call volume, customer satisfaction).
    • Educate customers about the benefits of various products and services to increase sales.
