The HR Intern will support daily HR operations by managing records, updating employee data on the ERP system, assisting with onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities. The incumbent will ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Post, update, and ascertain employment records, and obtain documentation from the employees
  • Maintaining a database of individuals.
  • Processing of documentation for records and background checks.
  • Assisting in the onboarding procedures.
  • Assisting in maintaining employee records on ERP.
  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Sending reference check emails for newly hired employees and following up accordingly.
  • Assisting in employee orientation.
  • Assisting in Training and Development activities.
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days
  • Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and responsibilities.
  • Planning and execution of employee engagement events.
  • Maintaining HR presence on different social media channels including LinkedIn etc.
  • Any other duties assigned by HOD

Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor's in Business Administration (HR)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong Analytical Skills.
  • Self-Management.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good Communication skills.
