Microsoft Excel Power User

We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst with advanced Microsoft Excel skills to support data-driven business decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reports, building dashboards, and interpreting data to deliver clear and actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring a proactive individual who can effectively translate complex data into meaningful information for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a variety of business reports to ensure their accuracy and relevance.
- Develop and build interactive dashboards that provide real-time insights to support business needs.
- Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process or performance improvements.
- Present findings clearly and concisely to facilitate informed decision-making across teams.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in creating dashboards and managing large volumes of data within Excel.
