Sales Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to drive sales and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Shandar Water Tank products.
Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, visits, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to the management team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the water tank or building materials industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
