Human Resource Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. This is an unpaid, full-time, on-site internship located in the Lahore District. As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team with various tasks, gain hands-on experience in HR functions, and learn key processes in human resource management. This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in the HR field, while contributing to a growing team in a dynamic, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support

Assist with posting job openings on various platforms
Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
Help maintain applicant tracking and recruitment databases

Talent Aquisition

Support the onboarding process for new hires
Prepare documents and assist with orientation activities

Employee Engagement

Help organize employee engagement activities and events
Assist in promoting a positive workplace culture

HR Administration

Update and maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist with payroll and attendance tracking
Handle confidential information with discretion

Training & Development

Coordinate training sessions and track employee progress
Maintain records of employee training

Compliance

Help ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
Assist in preparing reports and audits

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Female candidates preferred (as per company policy or project requirements)
