Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Reach out to cold and warm leads through outbound calls.
- Client Relationship Building: Maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Onboarding Assistance: Guide clients through the entire onboarding process, from account creation to providing information on their imported vehicles.
- Updating Google sheet: Regularly update the growth tracker sheet to ensure accurate tracking of progress, lead statuses, and conversions.
- Customer Support: Be the point of contact for any queries clients may have, ensuring that they are well-informed and satisfied at every stage.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Urdu as most of the calls will be conducted in this language.
- Must have a basic understanding of English for communication purposes.
- Ability to update and track information accurately.
- Prior experience in customer service or tele-sales is preferred but not required.
