What is AM Networks - MMBL?

Key Skills:
o Experience with FortiGate, Cisco FTD, Sophos Firewall, FortiManager, Data center networking.
o Site-to-site IPsec VPN troubleshooting
o Knowledge of UTM features.
o SDWAN implantations and architecture
o Knowledge of Private Cloud concepts
o Previous experience in Network and Network Security
o Coordination with Internet Service Providers for branches support.

What AM Networks - MMBL does?

Support the Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high levels of performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Address operational issues and customer concerns by providing effective solutions and ensuring prompt resolution.
Prepare reports on operational metrics and provide insights to improve performance.
Assist in training new employees and support ongoing development for existing staff to ensure adherence to company standards.
Monitor and maintain the quality of work performed by the team, ensuring all processes comply with industry and company standards.
Serve as a liaison between staff and senior management, facilitating clear communication and alignment with business objectives.
Assist in managing inventory and resources to ensure availability and operational efficiency.
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring that deadlines and objectives are met.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be AM Networks - MMBL?

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Information Security or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Certifications (Relevant certifications may be preferred): CCNA, CCNP or equivalent
