• Implementation and Support for Alternative Delivery Channels for Mobilink Bank's Customer, having good technical and strong communication skills.
    • Monitoring Transaction Switch ( IRIS ) , Utiltiy Bill Payment System ( UBPS) , Moneta ( Remittence System ) , allied applications and availablity of ADC ( Alternative Delivery Channels ) services to meet the customers and buisness requirements.
    • Ensure the sucessfull operation of all delivery channels.
    • Quality assurance of services and support. Comprehansive testing of products / patches / fixes. Monitoring of key buisness applications related to ADC services. Installation of new ATMs.
    • New Screen Deployments on ATMs. Coordination with vendors Looking into the ADC systems ( Middleware System, Remittence System , Utitlity Bill Payment system, Card Production system ) Should be open to 24*7 Shifts Should be open for availablity in extended hours.
    • Applicaiton Administration / Maintainance Production patch depoyments Issues investigation through logs / sql / through APIs in postman or soupUI or through web services Coordination with branches for issues in ATM / issue related to ADC Applications
    • Hands on Experience on SQL ( ORACLE / MS SQL )
    • Hands on Experience on linux or windows for application configuration
    • Hands on Experience on linux / Windows commands to investigate the issues / bugs
    • Knowlege of Payment industry and transaction flow being followed in pakistan
    • Hands on Experience on testing tools J meter / Postman / Soup UI
    • Knowlege of Banking transactions and products
    • Strong Communication Skills with responsbile behavior
    • Open to work on shifts during weekends / public holidays / nights
