• Coordination & provide support to all branches for resolution of all Operational issues.
    • Providing back end support and services to branches and providing effective solutions to their problems related to their operational issues.
    • Identify deficiencies/gaps already implemented operational processes both in branches and centralized operations & action with relevant stakeholders to bridge them accordingly.
    • Review of Centralized operations Manuals, Policies & SOPs as per submit subsequent amendments for revisions & update.
    • Ensure the implementation of Regulatory, HO instructions regarding at branches as well as at HO.
    • Coordination with PMO & other relevant stakeholders for updates on projects of digitization/automation including RPAs.
    • Create/prepare BRDs and coordinate for UATs, of all upcoming products, system development and changes.
    • Manage cross-functional project teams for upcoming project planning and implementation.
    • Handling all types of escalations of branches related to operational matter & support for resolution.
    • Maintaining the desired level of quality within the department and stakeholders.
    • Prepare Centralized operations daily dashboards to monitor the performance of individuals/teams.
    • Ensure high quality operational services delivery by operation staff at branches.
    • Review the SBP s circulars, policies and any updates pertain to Operations and ensure the timely implementation.
    • Ability to learn quickly and can be assigns multi-tasking.

    • Bachelor s degree from a reputable Institution.
    • Having 3-5 Years relevant work experience
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with individuals at each level.
    • Strong problem solving and decision making
    • Excellent Presentation Skills.
