We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to join our team. This is an entry-level position suitable for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. The Office Boy will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring the smooth running of our workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office spaces, including common areas, workstations, and meeting rooms
- Assist with office setup for meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing office mail, deliveries, and packages
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and assist with reordering when necessary
- Serve refreshments and manage the pantry area
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed to support office staff
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an office environment is a plus but not required
- Hardworking, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to perform basic office cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Good communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
- Must be based in Karachi
