MTO Digital Marketing (Female)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and original content across various social media platforms. You will work closely with marketing and design teams to develop campaigns that resonate with our audience while maintaining a consistent brand voice. This position requires a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent writing skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy. The role is full-time and based on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and schedule original content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
- Research current trends and industry-related topics to create relevant and timely content.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop and execute social media campaigns.
- Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators such as reach and engagement metrics.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a manner consistent with the brand voice.
- Maintain a consistent tone, style, and messaging across all social media content.
- Stay informed about the latest social media best practices, tools, and emerging trends to keep content fresh and effective.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a content writer or in a similar role, preferably focused on social media.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and analytics tools to track and improve content performance.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar software.
- Creativity and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and audience engagement strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
