With your strong multitasking abilities, you will manage several duties, including scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics, keeping the front desk running smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Manage the check-in and check-out procedures for guests and visitors.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating calendars for management and staff.
  • Maintain visitor logs, ensuring all entries are accurate and secure.
  • Provide information about the company, services, and local attractions as required.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and distribute reports for management, as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security policies at the front desk.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
