We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to lead training programs for our Telesales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training modules, enhancing sales techniques, and improving team performance to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales training programs focused on Tele Sales Services.
- Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and refresher courses for the sales team.
- Train sales representatives on customer engagement, objection handling, and closing deals.
- Develop role-playing exercises, and training materials tailored to the telesales industry.
- Monitor and evaluate trainees’ performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Keep up with industry trends, competitor strategies, and sales innovations to refine training techniques.
- Collaborate with Managers and Team Leads to identify knowledge gaps and improvement areas.
- Maintain records of training sessions and assess their impact on sales performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer (Minimum 2 years), preferably in the Telesales Industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
