Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with international customers via chat, email, and calls.
- Address customer queries.
- Timely follow-up and resolve customer complaints within the set timeframe.
- Support customers through inbound email, chat, and calls.
- Strive for first contact resolution to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and report critical customer service issues.
- Research and provide solutions and/or alternatives to customer issues.
- Stay flexible in department responsibilities.
- Review performance metrics and collaborate with supervisors to enhance skills.
What we seek:
- Proven work experience of 1-2 years in foreign campaigns associated with law firm/mortgages /insurance and real estate projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate through complex situations.
- Excellent research/analytical skills to comprehend industry-specific information and apply it effectively.
- Educational background: Law/Business Graduates
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be comfortable with working in shifts.
- Initiator.
- Self motivated.
- A team player.
