Assist in the planning and execution of projects under the guidance of senior management, contributing to the successful completion of initiatives and gaining hands-on experience in project management.
Collect and analyze relevant data to generate insights, prepare reports, and make recommendations for process improvements and strategic decision-making
Implementation of case studies to strengthen information base for programme planning and designing.
Demonstrate adaptability by working on diverse projects and contribute innovative ideas to drive efficiency and effectiveness in different areas of the business.
Compilation of monthly and quarterly progress reports.
Provide inputs in development/revision of key project documents, writing concept notes and project proposals.
Attend advisory meetings including consultation with Government, NRSP head/regional offices and project associated partner agencies.
Facilitate the implementation of the project activities at various levels.
Establish participatory monitoring and reporting system. Also facilitate in evolving and operationalizing beneficiary monitoring mechanism.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor/SPM-MER

Established in 1991, NRSP is the largest Rural Support Programme in the country in terms of outreach, staff and development activities. It is a not for profit organization registered under Section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984. NRSP's mandate is to alleviate poverty by harnessing people's potential and undertake development activities in Pakistan. It has a presence in 46 Districts in all the four Provinces including Azad Jammu and Kashmir through Regional Offices and Field Offices. NRSP is currently working with more than half a million poor households organized into a network of more than 57,179 Community Organizations. With sustained incremental growth, it is emerging as Pakistan's leading engine for poverty reduction and rural development.
