Are you an experienced professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for leading teams to success? We are seeking a Call Center Managing Partner with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Based in Lahore, Pakistan, our call center focuses on internet marketing for the USA/Canada markets, handling both incoming and outgoing calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop objectives for the call center's daily activities.
  • Conduct effective resource planning to maximize productivity.
  • Collect and analyze call center statistics to measure performance.
  • Manage budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Recruit, train, and coach staff to maintain high customer service standards.
  • Monitor and improve procedures related to ordering, telephone handling, and other operations.
  • Evaluate performance using key metrics and prepare reports for management.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a call center manager or similar position.
  • Customer service experience is required.
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics.
  • Understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and call center equipment/software.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability.
  • Positive and patient attitude.
  • MBA or equivalent education.
  • Certified Call Center Manager (e.g., CCCM) or equivalent qualification is a plus.

Remuneration:

  • Salary and benefits dependent on experience and skills.
  • Starting salary of PKR 150,000 plus for the right candidate.
  • Modern office workplace with all amenities located near the newly renovated, new look, better transportation, Akbar Chowk, Lahore.
