Responsibilities

Lead the technology strategy and development initiatives to support NBSX's business objectives.
Manage and mentor a team of 20 technology professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Oversee project management processes to ensure timely delivery of technology projects within budget constraints.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business strategy and market demands.
Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance productivity, performance, and security.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, adapting NBSXs technology framework accordingly to remain competitive.
Ensure the reliability and scalability of technology platforms through effective software design and architecture.
Establish performance metrics and accountability measures for team members to promote continued improvement.
Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration, ensuring that technology needs are appropriately addressed.
Act as a spokesperson and ambassador for technology initiatives at conferences, community events, and stakeholder meetings.
