Job Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Staffing:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
    • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and facilitate their onboarding process.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Address employee concerns and grievances, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Promote positive employee relations through effective communication and fair employment practices.
    • Monitor employee morale and recommend strategies to improve overall satisfaction.
  3. Performance Management:

    • Administer performance review programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
    • Provide guidance to managers on performance management issues and improvement plans.
    • Support the implementation of employee development plans and career growth initiatives.
  4. HR Administration:

    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Handle HR-related queries from employees and managers regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  5. Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics and activities for management review.
    • Support audits related to HR practices and documentation.
  6. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities for employees.
    • Organize training programs and workshops aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
  7. HR Projects:

    • Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity programs, and culture-building activities.
    • Collaborate with other HR team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
