We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager with a strong background in the shoes and bags industry. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and others. The candidate will be responsible for content strategy, post designing, and campaign execution aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the shoes & bags niche.
Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Design engaging and branded posts, stories, and reels (using tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Plan and run paid ad campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Write compelling captions and copy aligned with brand voice.
Monitor analytics and provide regular performance reports with insights and improvements.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a loyal online community.
Stay updated with trends in fashion, footwear, influencer marketing, and platform algorithms.
Requirements:
3–5 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube marketing.
Strong understanding of content strategy, post designing, and visual aesthetics.
Hands-on experience in creating and editing visuals, reels, and promotional videos.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills (in English & Urdu).
Knowledge of paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Boosting, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with influencer collaborations and content planning.
Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
Ability to shoot basic product content using a smartphone or DSLR (optional).
