We are looking for the services of Customer Service Representative

Relevant candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Telesales

Call Dubai-based property owners from NestHive’s internal database.

Qualify owners based on their current property status: rented, vacant, selling, or renovating.
Present NestHive’s services tactfully, focusing on client needs (not just promotions).

Introduce off-plan investment options, resale support, or technical services depending on the owner profile.

Service Matching & Consult Scheduling

Identify owner needs and match them to the correct NestHive service (e.g., snagging, rental optimization, exit strategy).

Schedule consultation calls with the Dubai-based advisory team.

Offer helpful service switches: e.g., if not interested in resale, offer renovation or rental prep.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary (PKR based, commensurate with experience)

Performance bonuses for meetings booked and successful deal conversions

Future growth into Client Account Manager or UAE field support role

Working Hours:

Location B17, Islamabad

Monday to Saturday

Hybrid availability during launch weeks or campaign pushes
