Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth
Identify potential clients and generate leads for real estate sales (residential, commercial, and investment properties).
Convert leads into successful property sales and meet/exceed sales targets.
Negotiate and finalize property deals with clients.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Provide guidance and consultancy to clients on real estate trends, market prices, and investment opportunities.
Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to understand real estate trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and suggest growth strategies to management.
Marketing & Promotions
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns (online and offline) to attract clients.
Collaborate with digital marketing teams for lead generation via social media and online platforms.
Participate in property expos, events, and networking meetings to promote the company.
Documentation & Compliance
Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Assist clients with property documentation, agreements, and related paperwork.
