Truck Dispatcher Responsibilities:
- Scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries or collect shipments and packages.
- Communicating with carriers about freight details, delivery or pickup times
- Negotiating with Brokers.
- Preparing dispatch documents, as well as generating freight bills and invoices.
- Managing paperwork for carriers.
- Keeping track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure that truck drivers comply.
Experience level Required;
- Should have atl east 2 months of experience as a truck dispatcher or sales executive for truck dispatching company.
- Applicant must be Fluent in English, should be able to use computer applications, have good communication skills, Motivated and Responsible.
