Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and follow up on opportunities
- Promote and pitch health & safety training programs and consultancy services
- Meet with clients, understand their compliance needs, and offer tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the training and compliance teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Track sales metrics and report on business development performance
Ideal Candidate:
- Female candidates only (as part of our team diversification goals)
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in B2B or services)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Interest or background in health, safety, or compliance is a plus
- Self-driven, energetic, and confident dealing with professionals across industries
