You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to inquiries, issues, and product/service-related concerns. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and supporting the company`s growth in international markets. Your ability to communicate across cultures, offer exceptional service, and understand the needs of our diverse client base will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing international clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
.Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets, targeting key industries and clients.
Provide prompt, professional, and courteous responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chats with potential and existing international clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Follow up on customer feedback to ensure continued satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or client support, preferably in an international or cross-cultural setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and professionally in [languages, if relevant].
