We are seeking a Finance Executive/Senior Finance Executive with 5-7 years of experience in our Finance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, developing financial models, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Supervising/Handling routine accounting transactions and Final Accounts Preparation
- Manage and supervise a team of finance professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certification such as CA, CMA, etc.is an advantage
- 5-7 years of experience in finance operations
- Good command over MS Excel and Strong knowledge of financial accounting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial software and systems including ERP systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
