We're looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department and drive our people strategy. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with our company's goals, foster a positive work environment, and support our employees' growth and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company's overall business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and legal compliance.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, health insurance, and retirement plans.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and employee accountability.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track key HR data and identify trends.
  • Culture & Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive company culture, promoting employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
  • HR Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team (if applicable).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  •  years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least [Y] years in a managerial role. (Replace X and Y with specific numbers, e.g., 7 years of experience with 3 years in a managerial role.)
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
