We are looking for the services of a General Manager for their Headoffice / showroom Following are the responsibilities of the General Manager:

Job Responsibilities:

Manage showroom staff, hire and train new employees, motivate current employees,
Plan store layouts and displays to simplify customer shopping and promote products.
Resolve customer problems and handle customer complaints.
Should be familiar with working on tenders for Govt the army, know the complete process from preparing the tender, submitting it, and then following up on them and getting orders prepared.
Work to meet all sales targets, plan store sales strategies, analyze sales data, and work to expand product range and increase sales.
Making sure that the showroom sales & marketing staff are performing well
Should be familiar with import process custom duties, managing freight, and costing procedures.
Manage everything from checking inventory to disciplining and training employees.
Should be familiar with working on tenders, and following up on them.
Excellent MS office skills, MS word, MS excel, and outlook.
Salary will be based upon each candidate's own capabilities.
Implementation of the policies, procedures, and regulations of administrative and departmental programs, and supervisory techniques, and procedures as agreed and assigned by management.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
Ensuring showroom is stocked with all products and all the products are displayed properly

The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
Confidence, self-driven and enthusiasm
Decision-making ability and sense of responsibility
The ability to understand and analyze sales figures.

Medical field experienced candidates will be preferred.
