Key responsibilities

- Design competitive compensation and benefits strategies that meet industry standards
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage HR-related risks across enterprises.
- Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to share best practices.
- Guide teams through organizational changes, fostering adaptability and resilience.
- Utilize HR analytics for data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within all enterprises.
- Develop succession planning frameworks to identify and nurture future leaders.
- Build the company's HR brand in the market.
- Promote the company's brands within the HR community in Pakistan.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Director or similar role in a multicultural environment.
- Recognition and respect within the HR community.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and best practices in HR.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Strong psychological conditioning skills for top management.
- Excellent negotiation skills.- Ability to achieve results through soft power.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
