We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager of E-Commerce to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Unit Manager to oversee and support the execution of e-commerce operations. You will serve as a vital link between cross-functional teams, such as marketing & design, media buying, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management of all aspects of e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
Support media buying efforts to drive customer acquisition, optimize advertising strategies, and track ROI for digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
Support the team with data analysis, reporting, and insights to guide e-commerce strategies, making recommendations based on performance metrics and trends.
Act as a liaison between various departments (e-commerce, marketing & design, customer support, etc.) to ensure alignment of goals, initiatives, and seamless communication across teams.
Address operational challenges and ensure issues are resolved efficiently by collaborating with relevant teams and maintaining a focus on timely and effective solutions.
Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives, driving e-commerce growth, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with teams to ensure product listings, website layout, and UX/UI are optimized for a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches across e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience (2-3 years) in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or related roles.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and media buying practices.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), E-Commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), and data analysis tools.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
Knowledge of e-commerce metrics and performance tracking tools.
