We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team on a Full time basis(Night Shift).

The ideal candidate will manage financial transactions, prepare comprehensive financial reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations in both Pakistan and the USA.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

1- Financial Transactions & Reporting:

Accurately manage and record financial transactions.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for tax purposes.

2- Tax Preparation & Filing:

Prepare and file monthly employee and vendor withholding taxes and quarterly/yearly company taxes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in Pakistan and the USA.
Create and Manage NTN National Tax Number
Proven experience with monthly, quarterly, and yearly withholding tax filings with the FBR.
Experience in PSEB registration is required.

3- Budgeting, Bookkeeping & Coordination:

Assist in budgeting and bookkeeping activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather and share financial information.
Analyze financial data to provide insights for informed decision-making.

4- USA Taxation Knowledge (Optional):

Familiarity with Form 1040NR, 1045, and 1065 filings is a plus.

5- Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong expertise in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.
In-depth knowledge of Pakistan tax regulations.
Familiarity with USA taxation is a plus.
Proven experience with budgeting and bookkeeping.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
