Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring internal processes to ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations (HIPAA, etc.)
- Support the creation, updating, and maintenance of compliance documentation and reports.
- Perform routine audits and share findings with relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with teams to track corrective actions and verify completion.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
- Help develop training materials and participate in compliance training sessions.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a compliance, quality assurance, or documentation role.
- Understanding healthcare or BPO compliance standards is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
