We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Infrastructure Engineer to work onsite at our Pakistan office, following US/Canada business hours. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of professional experience in managing IT networks, systems, and cloud environments. This role demands strong technical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a structured team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and system performance issues
- Manage and configure network devices (firewalls, switches, routers, access points, printers)
- Administer Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Implement and support cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, VMware)
- Use RMM tools (e.g., Datto RMM) for remote system monitoring and updates
- Conduct network analysis with Wireshark and automate tasks with PowerShell/Python
- Ensure data security through best practices and incident response readiness
- Collaborate with clients and team members to resolve IT issues professionally
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
