Junior Talent Acquisition Executive

Responsibilities

The TA Executive role will include Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Employer Branding activities. Below are some tasks you can expect to find on your daily to-do list:

Write and post job ads
Source candidates
Screen candidates by reviewing job applications, and performing phone screenings
Partner with the People and Culture Manager and the Hiring Managers to schedule and coordinate on-site or video interviews, as well as manage the employment contract process
Detail-oriented, able to work well under pressure, and adhere to fast and changing deadlines.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage relationships in a professional setting.
