We are seeking a very creative, out of the box thinker and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will need to think of creative strategies to develop business. You will also be responsible for identifying target industries, researching manufacturing and corporate companies, and reaching out to them via phone and email to pitch our staffing services. Your goal will be to generate new business opportunities, build relationships, and contribute to the growth of our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

 Industry Research and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research target industries and sectors within the manufacturing space
  • Compile a list of potential manufacturing companies that could benefit from our staffing services.
  • Gather key contact information for decision-makers (e.g., HR managers, plant managers, operations directors).

Outbound Prospecting:

  • Conduct cold calls to introduce our staffing services and schedule meetings or consultations.
  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches tailored to the needs of each prospect.
  • Follow up with prospects via email to provide additional information and nurture relationships. Client Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose staffing solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our internal recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for lead generation and revenue.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to the sales manager. Market Intelligence:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Use insights to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role for at least a year(experience in staffing or manufacturing industries is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone and via email.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and staffing solutions is an advantage. What We Offer:

Shift Timings – 7 PM to 3 AM and Remote
