We are looking for motivated and results-oriented Recovery Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via telephone to inform them of overdue accounts and the amount currently owed.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers and provide solutions to help them make immediate payments.
- Research and track customer payment history.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Experienced as well as fresh candidates.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Maximum age 22-35 years old.
- Must be a resident of Rawalpindi/Islamabad or willing to relocate.
Salary and Incentives:
- 32k per month plus incentives based on performance.
