DSV is looking for a committed professional to manage global Sea Freight accounts, acting as the main point of contact for customers and operations teams. This role requires ensuring high productivity by handling timely and accurate documentation, tracking shipments, issuing invoices, and coordinating effectively with outsourced service providers and vendors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing export documentation and operations, maintaining a thorough understanding of export procedures and statutory requirements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant standard operating procedures within the area.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single window for customer communication and operational coordination for Sea Freight global accounts.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time, and monitor shipment progress closely.
- Issue invoices and liaise with both internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Manage export-related documentation and operational tasks efficiently.
- Keep updated with current export procedures and statutory regulations to ensure compliance.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures within the designated area.
- Collaborate with outsourced service providers and vendors to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within sea freight or logistics operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
