Responsibilities:
- Research and generate potential leads and engage with prospects to assess their interest and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
- Maintain and update lead databases with accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Analyze lead generation performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Must have fluent English (written and spoken).
- Must be able to work night shifts to align with U.S. business hours.
- Experience in lead generation, preferably in real estate, mortgage, or a related industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and data research techniques.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
